Use Ragworks from an AI assistant

Connect an AI assistant to your Ragworks workspace and run your AI SDR by asking for what you want: find leads, write playbooks, build sequences, launch and A/B-test campaigns, read the Sales Strategist's reports, and check your credits.

The assistant connects through the Ragworks AI SDR connector, an MCP server. The connector signs in as you, so the assistant sees only your organization's data and can do only what your role allows.

Connector address: https://ai-sdr-mcp.ragworks.ai/mcp

An assistant has to be able to start a Ragworks sign-in. Ragworks accepts sign-ins that start from Claude, from ChatGPT, from the Gemini app, or from a tool running on your own computer. Gemini Enterprise and Antigravity start theirs from Google's own web addresses, which Ragworks doesn't accept today.

Before you start

  • A Ragworks account in a workspace. Use the email and password you use to log in to Ragworks. The connector signs you in with the same login. Signing in with Google isn't offered there. Create an account first if you don't have one.
  • Accounts that send your outreach. To launch campaigns, connect the LinkedIn or email accounts that will send them (see Connectors).
  • Credits. Saving leads, enrichment, scoring and AI writing use credits. How credits are counted lists what each one costs.

How it works

  • You stay signed in as yourself. The assistant never sees your password. You log in on a Ragworks page, and the connector then acts with your own access. It can't choose another organization or user.
  • Your connection lasts. It stays active until you haven't used it for 30 days, or for at most 90 days. Then you reconnect and log in again.
  • The connector stores no lead, campaign or message data. It passes answers to the assistant. What appears in your chat is handled under that assistant's own terms and privacy settings.
  • Credits are checked first. Anything that costs credits is checked against your balance before it runs. If it doesn't fit, the assistant tells you the shortfall and the largest batch that does.
  • Anything that reaches people asks first. The assistant confirms before it changes something, and always before it launches or completes a campaign or an A/B test, or sends a message to a lead.

What the assistant can't do

  • Choose the organization or user. It acts as you, in your workspace.
  • Buy anything. Top-ups, plans and payments stay in the Ragworks app.
  • Delete campaigns, lists, leads, playbooks or sequences.
  • Message a lead without asking you. It can write to one lead, but only after you've seen the exact text and said yes, and that takes the lead over from the campaign. Everything else goes out through a campaign you launched.
  • Approve or change a campaign's status through its settings. It uses the launch, pause, resume and complete actions instead.
  • See your account credentials. Connected accounts show only their name, type and health.
