Rejected leads and Qualify anyway

A lead that scores below your minimum is rejected. It stays on the list, so you can see who it was and why, but it is not enriched and never goes to a campaign.

Rejected leads live at the bottom of the Qualification tab.

The rejected leads table: score against the minimum needed, the reason, Qualify anyway on each row, and a bar for the selected leads

Reading the table

Every row shows:

  • Score, with the minimum it needed: "62 of 70 needed". Click it for the full score breakdown.
  • Why, the first thing the lead missed: "Firm has 6 lawyers".

To find the leads worth a second look:

  • Search by name, company or title.
  • Score range shows just the leads between two scores, for example 60 to 69, the ones that narrowly missed.
  • Reason keeps rows whose reason contains your text, such as "6 lawyers". Case doesn't matter, and what you type is searched as plain text.
  • Sort by score, lowest score, or name.

Qualify anyway

When a rejected lead looks right to you, click Qualify anyway on its row.

The lead moves to the passes and is enriched like any other, so the dialog shows what that costs before you confirm. If the lead's list is connected to a campaign, it joins the campaign too.

A lead you qualified this way keeps that decision. Later scoring, or a change to the criteria, won't reject it again.

Several at once

  • Tick rows, then Qualify N leads.
  • Qualify all M qualifies every lead that matches the filters you've set, not just the rows on the page.
  • Export downloads the matching rejected leads as a CSV file.

If the enrichment doesn't fit the lead sourcing budget, the dialog says how many leads do, and you can qualify those.

Lower the minimum

Lower the minimum to 60 sets the list's minimum to 60 and brings back every rejected lead at or above that score at once. The dialog shows the cost of enriching them before you confirm. If you picked a score range, the new minimum is the bottom of that range.

Nothing is rescored. The leads already rejected at or above the new bar come back as passes, and leads you haven't scored yet are judged against the new bar.

Nobody is bought twice

A rejected person stays on the list as rejected, so the same person can't come back:

  • Saving more leads into this list doesn't collect them or charge for them again.
  • With Skip people already in your lists on, which is the default, a search for another list skips them as well.

Only Qualify anyway, Qualify N leads or Lower the minimum take a lead out of rejected.
